I am a BACP-registered, integratively trained Counsellor and Psychotherapist.

My work is flexible, creative and balanced.
I offer skills and space to talk.

I draw on third-wave mindfulness-based cognitive therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT), with a psychodynamic and person-centred underpinning. All practical evidence-based approaches used within the NHS, adapted and crafted to work for you and your needs. If you have tried CBT/DBT and it didn't work, what I offer is broader, holistic, and not all about homework. I combine the practical and the exploratory to be supportive, personalized and collaborative.

I reflect on the past, but very much work in the NOW. I won’t stare at you blankly or nod repeatedly. I might, if appropriate, even share a laugh or a sombre silence with you when needed. Therapy needs to be useful, supportive and emotional.

I work with adults 18+ navigating Anxiety, Burnout, Depression, Self-esteem, Identity, Emotional regulation (big feels), Impulsivity, and work or life transitions.

Costs and Sessions

Sessions last 50 minutes, with weekly or bi-weekly options available.

They take place at the same time and place each week or every two weeks.



You are welcome to a 15 Min free intro call bookable below, with no obligation to work together.

I review work every 6 sessions to ensure the process works for you.

Initial sessions focus on understanding your expectations, needs, and the challenges you are facing. From there, I adapt the work to suit you, blending reflective exploration, psycho-education, structured tools, and open-ended talking therapy.

During Ongoing sessions, there is no expectation to complete tasks, but I may suggest resources or ideas, such as podcasts, books, or practical tools to explore. Therapy tends to be most effective when you actively engage and apply what we explore to everyday life.

  • Single sessions are billed at £80 for a therapist's hour, 50 minutes.

  • I offer concessions with limited availability.

    I offer this rate to Students and those on less than 25K a year.

    *I usually suggest a bi-weekly option to help with affordability, though the choice is yours.

  • Blocks of 6 sessions are discounted 15%.

    This results in a £72 discount.

I support burnouts, introverts and extroverts, big bosses and loners, people pleasers and hot tempers. Those feeling lost, found, or somewhere in between. Those on their best or baddest* behavior.

I get the challenges of becoming, being and living as a 20/30 something, logged in and logged off. I aim to help my clients find a way to thrive and enjoy life in full 360 (in the face of real challenges and injustices). Helping them know what they want, who they are, how to cope better and how to create a life of meaning and balance.
